PROJECT 2
Improve Leadership Structure
PROJECT 2
Improve Leadership Structure
PCT has consistently provided various leadership opportunities for our members early on. However, as we continuously grow and improve as an organization we want to be able to represent that in our leadership roles as well! With this ICG project, we were able to reflect and dive deeper into potentially new chair positions as well as a way to increase communication and transparency overall. Check out how our team found ways to improve our leadership opportunities!

PROJECT 1
External Project: ILC
For fall 2020’s external project, ICG worked with the Illinois Leadership Center(ILC), a UIUC resource committed to developing and enhancing the leadership skills of all students through assessment, learning, and experiential opportunities. Due to the effects of the pandemic, they have been struggling to maintain their attendance and retention, and looked to the ICG team to develop recommendations to increase interest and involvement.

PROJECT 3
Increasing Value of Internal Groups
PROJECT 3
Increasing Value of Internal Groups
The Internal Groups have been a fundamental component to PCT for several years now and have evolved alongside our fraternity. The goal of this project was to take a critical look at the function of internal groups within PCT to re-evaluate their value proposition. In order to do this, we conducted interviews within PCT and assessed previous semester’s point data. One of the final deliverables was the creation of this webpage!

PROJECT 2
Defining Value Proposition
PROJECT 2
Defining Value Proposition
What is Phi Chi Theta? Why do we exist, and what value do we offer to actives, new members, and alumni? How can we convey these insights effectively? In this project, we strove to answer these questions quintessential to our fraternity’s success, and in doing so, capitalize on our strengths, increase active engagement, and deploy more effective marketing strategies.
