Phi Chi Theta is a national co-educational Professional Business Fraternity founded in 1924 in Chicago. At Illinois, PCT brings together students from every college who want to grow through business, leadership, service, and brotherhood.
Members build a lifetime network through professional training, alumni mentorship, corporate partnerships, internal groups, and a chapter culture that makes a large campus feel personal.

I joined Phi Chi Theta as a freshman, and it remains one of the best decisions I have made in college.
Our chapter brings together students across 10 colleges and 39 majors. Through professional development, service, and our family and mentorship systems, we help each other grow beyond the classroom.
I invite you to get to know our brothers and come to recruitment. We look forward to sharing the community that makes PCT such a meaningful part of our time at Illinois.
